Mandatory Documents 

Each year, clubs are required to complete and upload the following mandatory documents to their page 

  • Club Risk Assessment - due 31st of March (annually)
  • Club Consitution - due 31st of October (annually)
  • Club Property Inventory - due 31st of October (annually)
  • Club Concussion Agreement - due 31st of October (annually)

Club Committee Management 

GUSA offer a range of traning to support you with the management of your club. This includes the opportunity to attend our Club Committee Seminars and our GUSA Leadership & Inclusion workshops. These are delivered annually with details in your inboxes.

 

Club Development 

Each club is entilited to a minimum of one Club Development Meeting per academic year with a member of staff from UofG Sport. At this meeting it will provide the opportunity for a general check in with your club & upcoming projects. You will also be able to ask for specific advise or support at these meetings.

 

Club Mailboxes

To assist with the running of your club, each member of CTVS have their own club email, captain-clubname@gusa.gla.ac.uk for example. This is how our team will contact you with key information and updates, please ensure you are monitoring this inbox and use this email to contact us. 

You also have a general club mailbox for members to use to contact you, this is clubname@gusa.gla.ac.uk.
