Coach Registration
Any paid or voluntary coaches are required to complete the registraiton process annually, ths is a simplet 3 step process outlined below.
Step 1 - Complete the Online Registration Form & Submit your Coaching Qualifications
This form should be completed annually; for first time registrations, coaching qualifications must be sent to the email listed in the online form within 48 hours of completing. The form link for academic year 2026-27 will open in August 2026.

Step 2 - Complete The Coaching Code of Conduct Document
Once the online form has been filled in, the club should then complete the code of conduct with the coach. Ensuring all information is correct and that is has been countersigned by a member of the committee.

Step 3 - Collect your Coach Access Card
If your coaching at the Stevenson Building or Garscube Sports Complex, you'll be provided with a coach access card to allow you access through the gates during your club's training times*. When your card is ready to be collected, we'll notify you via the email address provided during the registration process.
*Access will not be provided out with club training sessions*
