This is a free taster session running from 16:00-18:00 at Garscube Sports Complex and open to everyone regardless of experience.
Transport: We will be running buses from the JMS (on University Avenue), there is also free parking at Garscube and multiple public buses running to and from.
What to bring: no special clothes or shoes needed. Bring a water bottle, a warm layer, and sports clothes.
