** TRIALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM **
Are you wanting to shred, race and compete with gussc? Then come along to our team trials at Glasgow Ski & Snowboard Centre.
Team trials is super chill and a great way to get to know more about GUSSC and take part in some racing and freestyle.
As a competitive team member you can expect weekly training sessions (at no added cost to your membership) and more exclusive socials. We have also been super successful at our annual competitions, BUDS and SUDS, and we hope to continue this year! 🏆
How does it work?
Racing - there will be a course set for some practice runs, and a few timed runs. You do not need to have any previous racing experience (although welcomed) so come along and show us what you’ve got! 🏁
Freestyle - a relaxed jam session will take place. Again no need for previous experience!
Transport: We will be running buses from the JMS (on University Avenue). Or take the Subway to Ibrox station (which is 15 mins from the Glasgow Ski & Snowoard Centre) with committee members. You can also drive and park in the Ski Centre car park.
Come say hi afterwards by joining us at Bank Street bar. This will be a fabulous introduction to our legendary post training pints! 🍻🕺
