This page is for Affiliate Students, UofG Staff & Alumni and explains the step by step process on how you purchase your GUSA 25-26 Club Membership. 

Step 1 - Purchase Your UofG Sport Membership 

You are required to hold a valid UofG Sport membership to join our clubs, which can be purchased via the website here UofG Sport website

Step 2 - Create your GUSA Website Account & Complete the Welcome to GUSA Survey

There is 3 different registration pages, please ensure you complete the correct one for you via this link Register Account 

Once you have registered, you'll need to validate your account. You should receive an email a few minutes after registration which contains your validation link. If you don't receive the validation email within 30 minutes of registration, please email gusa@glasgow.ac.uk.

The Welcome to GUSA Survey is a requirement to join a GUSA Club and can be accessed via this link https://gusa.gla.ac.uk/surveys/9/

Step 3 - Contact the Club You Want to Join 

Due to the capacity set on Affiliate Student, UofG Staff and Alumni memberships. You are required to contact the club directly using the contact information here and request their approval to join.

Step 4 - Contact UofG Sport 

Once the club have sent their approval for you to join, please forward that approval to sport@glasgow.ac.uk and a member of the UofG Sport team will enable your account to purchase the club membership.

Step 5 - Purchase Your GUSA Club Membership 

Once your account has been enabled you'll be able to purchase your club membership here
